A menu item created by our students will be sold at the “Revanga Hokkaido Winter Classic at ESCON Field” to be held on December 28 and 29, 2024.
The Department of Health and Nutrition conducted a product development project in the “Food Development” class in 2024, in which each group devised a menu based on conditions such as “using Nippon Ham Group ingredients. In the final judging, the students cooked the dishes in the kitchen of ESCON Field HOKKAIDO, gave a presentation, and tasted the dishes. The menu selected in the final judging will be served at ESCON FIELD HOKKAIDO in the spring of 2024.
This time, the menu selected from the final judging will be renewed and sold in the “Levanga Hokkaido” style. Please be sure to look out for the items created by our students, which will add a touch of color to the first official B-League game to be held at ESCON Field. The students who created the menu will be waiting for you at the store on the day (during certain hours).
